Waltzing Matilda’s in Alpharetta may be one of my favorite hidden gems in all of Atlanta. The small concert venue is outdoors behind Matilda’s Market off of South Main Street. Tall pines surround the clearing where picnic tables and chairs allow you to bring your own food and beverage to enjoy a night of music.
Friday night at the beginning of September was no different as singer/songwriter Michelle Malone took the stage for the evening. Fun, uplifting and a little quirky, Malone and her band had everyone cheering for more by the time the two or so hour concert concluded.
