Modera Midtown will be the latest and greatest place to live in the Georgia Tech campus corridor. The apartment highrise is going up right next to University House on Spring St. The swanky city living sports views of the main part of campus as well as a roof top dog park, a multi level fitness center with a separate yoga studio and an outdoor track, very large outdoor, pool-side televisions and a few other surprises.
Modera Midtown off of 8th is still under construction but promises to be pretty amazing once complete.

The seventh floor club room will feature and amazing chandelier, seating and access to the outdoor patio.
Behind the same wall will be an area for more televisions, and games such as billiards and fusball.

The second story room on the right will become a yoga studio while the first story will be more gym space opening up to an outdoor fitness area as well on the far left.
