Food for Thought

I met a wonderful chef from Carlyles, Mariah Adams, while photographing a patron party for Covenant House Georgia’s A Night of Broadway Stars (which if you missed yesterday’s post click here). Adams prepared not only wonderfully tasting food but awesomely presented too. The chef and her staff were professional and worked a furious pace to keep up with the demands of feeding 100 hungry people as they were presented with a preview of the upcoming fundraiser in April. Check out some of Mariah’s creations from the evening.
