After such a successful day on Wednesday (if you missed yesterday’s post on the Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark CLICK HERE) I decided to press my luck on Thursday and head up to Dacula to the Duncan Creek Skatepark. When Duncan Creek opened a few years ago, the park received numerous accolades. Today it is still one of Gwinnett County’s shining gems with walking trails, sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, picnic amenities, sports fields, basketball courts and one of the largest skateparks I have seen in the metro north area. My luck held as there were skaters at the park, again not bad for noon time on a weekday, and they were nice enough to let me photograph them.
