Hannah Chung started Simply Seoul Kitchen almost a year ago. In that short time her hand crafted kimchi and steamed buns have exploded onto the Atlanta food scene and have gained popularity up and down the east coast. So much so that Chung has had to relocate to a larger kitchen space in Decatur. I first met Hannah at the Decatur Farmers Market where she regularly sets up shop. Funny and sharp witted, Hannah was cracking jokes that morning even though the temperatures were freezing and the cold was obnoxious. If you get a chance to try some of her kimchi and steamed buns you should!
