After checking out ARLO in Decatur, I headed to another mixed-use development giant that is already partly open, Fuqua Development’s Glenwood Place. Across the street from Maynard Jackson High School, the new development features a high rise apartment complex, a gianormous Kroger, a Waffle House, Chick-fil-A, and other assorted small restaurants and shops, mostly of the chain nature. Construction continues but the feel and form of the property is taking shape.
