The Caribbean lifestyle came to Atlanta on Saturday. Hundreds of participants danced their way through downtown on their way to Alonzo Herndon Stadium on the campus of Morris Brown College. The parade was followed by a Carnival style party including food and music from Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia and many other islands from the area. This year marked the 25th anniversary of the Atlanta Caribbean Carnival and featured celebrities such as Hank Stewart, Celeste Marshall and Shaquita Smith.
