I photographed the lighting of the Christmas tree in downtown Alpharetta as well as a visit from Santa Claus for the Alpharetta Convention & Visitors Bureau on Sunday, December 4, 2011. The event was full of singing, dancing, shopping, music, lights, train rides and of course a chance for children to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas. Hundreds of people came to participate in the lighting of the tree. These are some of my favorite images.
