O-Ku Sushi Atlanta

Monday, December 14, 2015

I may have said this before but I love sushi. That’s why I was stoked that I was getting a sneak peek into O-Ku Sushi’s new digs off of Howell Mill Rd. in Atlanta.

O-Ku, which originally opened in Charleston, celebrates authentic Asian cuisine with a southern approach with a menu that focuses on unique ingredients and sophisticated presentations. From petite plates to sushi specialties, O-Ku showcases the freshest fish from the world’s finest markets and producers in areas such as Norway, Scotland, Hawaii and New Zealand, as well as local sustainable sources.

Their team including managing partner Steve Palmer, general manager Kimball Brienza and sushi chef Jordan Smith were all down making sure that the soft opening, which happened on Thursday, went off without a hitch. Definitely a place to go check out if you like sushi or southern Asian cuisine!
