All I can say is mmmm, mmmm, mmmmm. Cowfish has opened its doors and the line between burgers and sushi has blurred a little bit. With a fun decor, Cowfish has delivered on both the entertainment and the food. The burgers are massive, the sushi is fresh and in case you’re feeling adventurous there is a whole page on their menu that fuses western and eastern cultures.

Cowfish serves up The Boss. Spicy yellowfin tuna, kani salad and English cucumbers coated in tempura flakes and then topped with avocado, more tuna, wasabi tobiko and wasabi mayo.

Cowfish serves up the What’s Shakin’ Tuna Bacon. Seared yellowfin tuna, applewood bacon, iceberg, jalapenos, tomato salsa, Asian slaw and spicy mayo are served between a grilled spring roll wrapper stuffed with kani and sushi rice.

Cowfish serves up the Deliverance roll with pulled pork, caramelized onions, and barbeque sauce wrapped in soy paper and potato strings and flash fried and then topped with housemade bacon coleslaw and chives.

Cowfish serves up the Shishito peppers with mild Asian peppers tossed with infused oil, smoked salt and topped with bonito flakes.

Sit at the sushi bar at Cowfish and watch the chefs at work or pull up a seat at one of the many fun tables.

Cowfish serves up the Chef’s Deluxe, 15 pieces of fresh tuna, salmon, yellowtail, red bream, ell, shrimp, lobster salad and octopus.
