Just like the post title says Hanover Buckhead Village is 21 stories of awesome. The apartment high rise takes over the corner on Roswell Road right next to the famed Buckhead Theatre. Within a relatively small footprint, that used to be a parking lot, Hanover has constructed 353 one and two bedroom units. They have all of the amenities including granite countertops, Nest thermostats and the like but, by far, the most impressive, eye bulging, fantasy land awesomeness sits on the sixth floor. That particular floor houses the fitness center, the club room and the outdoor patio. The fitness center has all of the accoutrements and the club room is nice with a billiards table, large screen televisions, plenty of places to sit and relax and a small semi private dining room with an attached kitchen. But oh my goodness the outdoor patio. It has been a long time since I have had my mouth hit the floor when it comes to such a thing but Hanover has truly created something quite remarkable. There are numerous grilling stations set up throughout the space with enough landscaping and greenery to make each one feel private. There are outdoor fireplaces with televisions hung above. The pool itself is spectacular with cabanas lining one side and other more open air seating on the other. There are views of the surrounding buildings in the Village as well as 15 more stories of glass and steel rise above the whole scene.
